7. Can I leave the diffuser on overnight?
Yes, you can leave the diffuser on overnight, as it will automatically shut off when the water is fully evaporated. However, for safety, make sure the device is placed on a stable surface and at a safe distance from other objects.

8. What should I do if the diffuser stops working?
If the device stops working, check that there is enough water in it and that it’s properly connected to a power source. If this doesn’t help, please contact our customer support for assistance.

9. How do I turn the flame effect on or off?
You can turn the flame effect on or off using the control button on the device. Some models also allow you to adjust the light intensity for a softer or brighter flame.
